Established and well meaning,

those clicky, tacky groups you form.

I sit and wait my turn.

I didn't take a "kø Lapp"

maybe I don't want that life - only God knows.

Yous were all fun and spontaneous,

but now you have routines

and you must,

must act like a grown up.

It's healthy, but it has killed You.

I will not melt down or reform,

Life chases me away from dark places,

and clocks with expiry dates engraved on their stone faces.

My number may be called next,

and, when it is - I - will be waiting.
